You will report to the Senior Manager and provide support to a Senior Director and a Director team within the NBC Prime Development team.

Duties and Responsibilities Development and Execution of Sales Marketing Materials

Support and contribute to the development of multi-platform sales materials (including but not limited to: show sheets, idea libraries, show clips, network rollouts, etc.) for NBC Prime and associated platforms including digital, social, and Peacock.

Contribute to RFP responses and proactive marketing proposals from idea generation through deal close, in collaboration with Sales Enablement, Brand Partnerships, Programming Network Leads, Production, Creative, BA/Legal, Sales, Digital/Social teams.

Participate in brainstorms, to design innovative and compelling multi-platform brand programs and deepen knowledge of NBC Prime programming and capabilities.

Post-Sale and Campaign Support

Support post-sale execution process including maintaining status documents, timelines, trackers, and clip & recap organization with occasional on-set support.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Commercial Operations, Planning, Legal, Production and Post-Production) to ensure deliverables.

Liaise with production on the tracking, reviewing and coordination of branded products and materials.

Manage post-sale process materials (recap presentations, clips, air checks and digital links and screenshots) to track program activation

Marketplace Intel + Team Support

Collaborate and keep team informed of competitive market, industry insights, ad sales marketplace trends and potential growth areas

Assist in organizationally driven team support, i.e. create meeting agendas, distribute meeting recap notes, update tracking systems (Monday.com, OneNote status) of RFP and activations

Administer invoice process and work directly with Ad Sales Finance to manage client billing for show partnerships

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience

1+ years of experience in marketing or ad sales at agency, client, media or production company – or applicable internship experience

Proven ability to collaborate across teams and specialties

Experience in digital solutions, new digital platforms and products highly desired

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Monday.com and a working knowledge of SharePoint, Salesforce

Knowledge in Microsoft Copilot a plus

Qualifications

Solutions-oriented and independent thinker who can operate within a large organization i.e. Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

Excellent writing skills including presentation development

Familiar with tracking platforms such as (but not limited to) Monday.com and Salesforce

Highly innovative and motivated with positive outlook and team-oriented attitude; Open to change and feedback with a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred internship or experience with an advertising or creative agency, client and/or media publisher/production company

Understanding or awareness of advertising within all platforms of the lifestyle media space, including social media

This position is based in New York, NY in a hybrid capacity, contributing from the office 4 days per week.

Salary range:

$55,000 - $58,000 + overtime eligible

Compensation:
