What You’ll Do Prospecting new business within Louisiana (80% hunting, 20% farming). Travel up to 50% with overnight accommodation. You’ll serve as the company’s primary liaison with retail customers, delivering sales and training presentations, maintaining a touch plan in Salesforce, and preparing business reports. Responsibilities include :

New Business Development:

Meet or exceed sales budgets, strategic goals, and KPIs.

Develop and implement a strategic prospecting plan; provide weekly updates to the Regional Sales Manager.

Execute sales plans at small‑to‑medium retailers and National Account locations to achieve budgeted sales goals.

Act as the company’s primary liaison with retail customers.

Deliver sales and training presentations to retail accounts and National Account locations.

Travel through assigned territory and use Salesforce (CRM) to maintain a touch plan for retail customers and key stakeholders.

Prepare business reports and submit regular expense reports.

Investigate and resolve customer problems.

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Regional Vice President of Sales or the Regional Sales Manager.

About You

3+ years of sales experience; experience selling to the retail space is desirable.

Minimum 2+ years of new‑business development (sales hunting).

Ability to travel up to 50% and undertake overnight trips.

Extensive driving required; must hold a current driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Strong Spanish language skills preferred for professional communication.

Primary residence must remain within Louisiana throughout employment.

Compensation The full‑time annual year‑one on‑target compensation (base salary + commission) for this role ranges from $105,000 to $140,000. The commission plan is uncapped.
