Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator for a new opportunity with our client in the Piedmont Triad area.
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns and communications.
This role is essential in coordinating project timelines, managing content, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute creative ideas in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, email, and events.
Coordinate content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Track marketing metrics and prepare performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects meet deadlines.
Support event planning and logistics, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
Maintain and update CRM and marketing automation tools as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communication, or a project coordination role.
Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with social media management and content scheduling tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
