The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, stays current on search engine trends, and can translate data into actionable insights.
Base pay range $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr
Responsibilities
Review and analyze client sites for areas needing improvement
Prepare detailed strategy reports
Create and launch campaigns
Improve clients 'rank' in major search engines
Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Performance Max, and Bing Ads.
Manage daily account tasks such as bid adjustments, budget pacing, keyword updates, and ad copy testing.
Build and refine keyword lists aligned with client goals and performance trends.
Analyze campaign data to identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
Track and report on campaign metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and quality score.
Stay current on search engine updates, best practices, and PPC innovations.
Collaborate closely with other members of the digital team to align on client objectives.
Contribute to cross-channel campaign planning with SEO, social, and analytics partners.
Qualifications
3+ years
of experience managing paid search campaigns (agency experience preferred).
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Solid communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
Experience with paid social or display campaigns is a plus.
