Executive Assistant Are you a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support executive leadership while managing office operations, employee engagement, and client experience initiatives. This role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution — from keeping the office running smoothly to creating a welcoming, engaging workplace culture.

What you’ll do:

Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and expense reporting

Lead onboarding for new team members and ensure seamless offboarding

Oversee daily office operations, vendor relationships, IT coordination, and workspace setup

Plan team events, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives

Coordinate client, partner, and community appreciation activities

Maintain office budgets, PTO tracking, and key records

What we’re looking for:

3–5 years supporting executives

Experience managing office operations preferred

Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Professional presence with the ability to handle confidential information

Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM/HR systems
