Subscribe to the mission of Covetrus, a global animal‑health technology and services company. This role provides meeting and event planning support for 12‑18 meetings throughout the year, including live, hybrid, and virtual events. The coordinator meets with business leaders, manages logistics, budgets, and post‑event evaluations, and ensures effective participant engagement. Responsibilities
Plan and manage full scope of 12‑18 meetings per year, averaging 20‑30 attendees per gathering. Meet with leaders to understand event purpose, anticipate needs, and propose solutions. Develop and maintain event agendas, take and circulate meeting notes, and summarize key action items. Oversee pre‑ and post‑event support, including venue and vendor procurement. Prepare and monitor budgets, solicit bids, and manage invoicing with the finance team. Arrange logistical details, such as room setup, seating, audio‑visual needs, transportation, and catering. Establish and manage online invitations and registration processes. Negotiate contracts for hotels, meeting spaces, and content providers. Conduct post‑event evaluations and communicate results to leadership. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel: less than 5 %. Qualifications
Strong interest in event and project management. Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent time‑management skills. Financially savvy, able to adhere to budgets and process invoices. Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and absolute confidentiality.
