What You'll Do
Designing and executing
QA plans, test strategies, and procedures
for cutting-edge software solutions.
Developing
test scenarios, cases, and procedures
to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Performing
workload analysis
and assessing test coverage for maximum efficiency.
Establishing and maintaining
test data sets
for accurate validation.
Executing test plans, verifying results, and analyzing defects to drive improvements.
Conducting
security testing aligned with OWASP best practices
to safeguard application integrity.
Promoting consistent QA methodologies across the entire development lifecycle.
Qualifications Experience
2+ years software or web-based quality assurance experience.
Prior test case creation experience.
Experience with automated testing tools preferred.
Education
Associate's degree in a Computer Science or technology-related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
In lieu of degree, may consider a combination of education and related work experience.
Other Requirements
Basic understanding of relational databases (SQL), web technologies, Windows, and IIS.
Basic understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to function both independently and as part of a team focused on specific deliverables and objectives.
Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves the operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
