Position Details
Join a team of 4 other Family Medicine providers with Obstetrics
Ch‑Sections are optional
Minimal call required while collaborating with 7 other providers at nearby sister campus
See anywhere between 12‑16 patients per day
Extremely flexible scheduling options – 4‑day work weeks are standard
Family Medicine Residency Program coming in 2028
Rare opportunity to incorporate inpatient rounding for continuity of care
Independent, autonomous organization – Leadership lives in town!
Compensation Details
Hospital employed with salary guarantee, incentive bonus, and call pay equaling nearly $400,000 annually
Lucrative sign‑on bonus of $150,000 paid upfront with comprehensive benefits package
A 6‑month sabbatical is offered for every 10 years of employment
