Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven
Marketing Liaison
to support the facility’s marketing and admissions efforts. This role is instrumental in driving census growth, managing resident flow, and building strong relationships with referral sources while ensuring a positive experience for residents and families.
The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare marketing professional with a strong understanding of skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings and a proven ability to meet and exceed census goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to evaluate inquiries and respond to referral sources within one hour whenever possible.
Manage resident flow and admissions to consistently meet census goals.
Ensure prompt and professional response to all phone, fax, email, and walk‑in inquiries.
Conduct facility tours and guide families and referral sources through the admissions process.
Oversee completion, signing, and distribution of all required admission documentation.
Coordinate closely with residents, families, and staff on admission day to ensure smooth transitions.
Clearly communicate admission criteria to referral sources, residents, and families.
Collect, document, and evaluate resident information to ensure appropriate placement.
Follow up on pending inquiries that have not yet converted to admissions.
Participate in admissions, discharge, and transfer meetings.
Track resident flow, referrals, and marketing activities; submit regular reports to corporate leadership.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and other referral sources.
Stay informed about facility services and community resources to support referral coordination.
Identify and implement marketing opportunities to enhance facility visibility.
Assist in creating and executing short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
Coordinate and participate in presentations to hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
Monitor resident satisfaction surveys and collaborate with leadership on improvement initiatives.
Promote a compassionate, service‑oriented environment focused on quality care and satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development.
Skilled nursing or nursing home experience required.
Established relationships with hospital discharge planners and healthcare professionals in the Central Florida/Orlando area preferred.
Proficiency in basic communication and tracking programs; Census Pro experience a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve census goals.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
