A day in the life As our National Events Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the National Events Manager in planning and executing large‑scale in‑person events across the country. Your responsibilities will include coordinating event logistics, working closely with external vendors and partners, negotiating favorable rates and terms, and ensuring all aspects of the event align with the Company’s goals and objectives. You will also collaborate with regional event coordinators and cross‑functional teams to share updates and maintain documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Event Support & Coordination: Assist with day‑to‑day coordination of national events, including managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables; supporting vendor communications, attendee logistics, and on‑site event needs.
Logistics & Operations: Help coordinate event details such as venue arrangements, travel and hotel bookings, registration processes, and event materials; support event calendar management.
Vendor & Partner Assistance: Maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners by assisting with communications, contract tracking, and coordination of sponsorship activations.
Budget & Expense Tracking: Track event budgets and expenses, working closely with finance and the National Events Manager to ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with regional event coordinators, department teams, and external partners to support event planning efforts and share updates.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain event documentation, including policies, best practices, and post‑event reports, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
Additional Support: Provide general administrative support related to event planning tools, resource management, and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
5 years of experience in event coordination, project support, or related roles preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and senior leadership.
Proficiency in Cvent, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel 25% for on‑site event execution, site inspections, trainings, or to attend industry conferences.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $46,500 to $81,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
