What You’ll Do

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on daily operations, including campaign updates, team meetings, and client relations.

Execute dynamic

retail field marketing and sales campaigns

aligned with client goals and revenue targets.

Engage customers

face-to-face inside retail locations , driving brand awareness, generating leads, and closing sales through consultative interactions.

Analyze customer behavior and retail traffic trends to support targeted brand and sales strategies.

Work with external partners and internal team leads to coordinate integrated marketing and retail sales initiatives.

Serve as a brand ambassador and sales representative, educating consumers and ensuring consistent, positive brand representation on the sales floor.

Take on additional responsibilities to support team and client success as needed.

1–2 years of experience in

retail sales , marketing, customer service, or brand management (preferred but not required).

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Confidence engaging with customers and managing sales conversations.

Familiarity with marketing trends, retail promotions, and brand engagement best practices.

A collaborative spirit and willingness to support cross-departmental initiatives.

A drive to learn, grow, and excel with clear advancement opportunities.
