Job Summary The Executive Assistant provides day‑to‑day administrative support to the President‑Steritech, covering scheduling, meeting coordination, travel, expense reporting, and ad‑hoc projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Enable effectiveness and efficiency of the executive leadership team.

Represent the company to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

Organize travel arrangements and process related expenses, providing itineraries.

Arrange meetings and functions with minimal direction, ensuring all elements are handled effectively.

Complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner.

Produce communications, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, and other documents as requested.

Conduct online research and assemble information for use in reports and meetings.

Develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure assignments are completed on time.

Organize and maintain processes for efficient document flow and storage.

Answer routine inquiries from internal and external sources.

Maintain confidentiality of company information and manage sensitive data with appropriate discretion.

Qualifications

3–5 years working directly with senior level executives.

High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong business acumen, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.

Leadership traits: influence stakeholders, work under pressure with sound judgement, strong problem‑solving and creative skills, high level of trustworthiness and reliability.

Physical Demands Move up to 10 lb occasionally. Sit for long periods while using office equipment. Perform repetitive wrist motions while typing. Speak and listen in normal working environment. Maintain close visual acuity for detailed work.
