Join our Orano Federal Services (OFS) team to help meet current and future challenges to build the clean energy world of tomorrow. OFS, a subsidiary of Orano, is seeking a Designer I to prepare drawings and sketches using CAD workstations and other design criteria and technical manuals. The Designer will perform layout and design work and utilize theoretical and practical engineering knowledge, working closely with engineers to ensure coordination of designs. Responsibilities
Perform layout and design work from basic data supplied utilizing theoretical and practical engineering knowledge. Ensure conformance to applicable standards and codes such as ASME Y14.5, ANSI A2.4, and company policies and procedures. Consult with engineering staff and technicians to ensure compliance with design specifications and maintain a working understanding of the engineering design process. Apply advanced techniques in CAD and standard design applications using available equipment. Metadata
