Our Raleigh team is expanding, and we require Sales Specialists to assist us with our high volume of leads.
Responsibilities
Consult with new clients to discover their needs and desires, and then fulfill them.
Act as an intermediary between clients and potential buyers/sellers from beginning to end.
Help clients choose mortgage companies that best meet their needs.
Participate in open houses, networking activities, and the MLS to enhance sales.
Present purchase offers to sellers and write purchase offers for buyers.
Mentor new agents to take clients from an offer to the closing table.
Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
Communicate well with current and future clients in a meaningful manner.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
Qualifications
Must have an active NC Real Estate License.
Self‑motivated & goal‑oriented.
Willingness to learn the most current tools, systems, and technologies.
Display a people‑oriented, positive, and client‑focused attitude.
Compensation $96,000–$175,000 per year
