Job Summary The Associate Digital Marketing Manager role is responsible for executing the digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility in the US. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts to support commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

— Manage campaign email calendar, develop Marketing Cloud journeys, manage social media calendar, execute paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter, monitor and optimize campaign execution, develop best‑in‑class digital assets, manage agency relationships, host monthly reports with agency partners.

Website Management

— Implement ongoing website content updates, assist with SEO strategy, audit website, troubleshoot issues, work with brand team.

Event Management

— Create and test event registration and communications using Cvent, ensure access, delivery, and pre & post event reporting.

Data Management & Reporting

— Assist in data preparation for campaign execution, data cleansing and integrity, consolidate campaign and website data, create and update dashboards, review and highlight successes and anomalies on a quarterly basis.

Cross‑functional Teamwork

— Manage strong working relationship with other functions (Sales, Commercial Operations, Professional Affairs, Finance), collaborate with other groups to streamline marketing initiatives and processes.

Others

— Participate in annual development of digital objectives, perform other duties related to marketing as required.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Strong knowledge of Cvent

Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS media queries

Familiarity with Sprout Social

Google Analytics

Familiarity with BrightEdge and SEO Best Practices

Strong knowledge of Excel

Strong influencing skills – able to work across the commercial organization to achieve goals.

Must be proactive, self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude.

High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal, written and presentation.

Ability to multi‑task and establish priorities.

Experience Minimum 2 years related experience in marketing automation.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing; MBA/Master’s a plus.

Travel will be required as part of this job – up to 10% of time

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $85,000.00 and $112,300.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
