We are seeking a Creative Producer to join a dynamic five-person creative production team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and an interest in creative production. You’ll work closely with marketing partners and creative teams to manage projects from concept to delivery. Responsibilities

Manage multiple creative projects from ideation to execution, focusing on social, print, and web assets. Define project requirements, timelines, and resources; maintain status updates to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, creative leads, and vendors. Identify potential risks and resolve issues, escalating when necessary. Collaborate via Workfront and Slack to keep projects moving efficiently. Qualifications

Must Have: Excellent and proactive communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Interest or background in creative production. Nice to Have: Experience working on client marketing projects, especially email campaigns. Additional Requirements

2+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team (financial industry experience is a plus). Knowledge of creative workflows from concept to delivery and general best practices for social, print, and UX. Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency with Workfront project management systems. Role Details

Location: Preference for Milwaukee-based candidates available to work onsite 2–3 days per week. Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule within standard business hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM). Start Date: Targeting March start, with flexibility to begin sooner. Duration: Ongoing; potential for conversion to permanent based on performance and business needs. Why You’ll Love This Role

Codeworks discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $25 and $35. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
