Affiliate Manager

will manage in‑house efforts and grow the company’s

TikTok

affiliate program alongside our agency, driving incremental revenue through influencer partnerships and affiliate networks. This role collaborates with event‑related initiatives alongside the Junior Operational Account Manager. Candidates with a background in PR or influencer relations are highly encouraged, as the role involves relationship‑building and brand representation.

Base Pay Range $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, Donna Karan, DKNY, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.

This position is based in office from Monday to Thursday, and remote on Friday.

Affiliate Program Management

Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok creators and affiliate partners aligned with brand values and sales objectives.

Ensure affiliates understand program terms, commission structures, and compliance requirements.

Create, manage, and report on targeted affiliate campaigns, including creator‑specific TikTok Affiliate Program (TAP) initiatives.

Performance Optimization

Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics including sales, conversions, and ROI.

Deliver regular performance reports and insights to Sales leadership.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, creator output, and revenue contribution.

PR & Relationship Building

Leverage PR and influencer‑relations expertise to cultivate and maintain strong, long‑term creator relationships.

Serve as a brand ambassador across all affiliate communications and collaborations.

Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates via email, Lark, and TikTok’s on‑platform messaging tools.

Partner with the agency on outreach strategy, creator recruitment, and relationship management.

Work closely with the Junior Account Manager on event preparation, influencer participation, and affiliate activations.

Support planning and execution of affiliate‑related initiatives before, during, and after events.

Collaborate with Sales leadership and the agency to align affiliate strategies with revenue targets and seasonal priorities.

Support product launches, promotional pushes, and key sales moments through affiliate channels.

Compliance & Quality Control

Monitor affiliate content to ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines and internal standards.

Reporting & Analysis

In partnership with the Junior Account Manager, prepare and present monthly performance reports to Sales leadership.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve program efficiency and ROI.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, PR, or related field.

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or PR.

Previous experience working with TikTok Shops.

Required Skills

TikTok Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with TikTok content trends, creator monetization tools, and the affiliate ecosystem.

Affiliate Program Management: Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing creators or affiliate partners with a focus on performance and revenue growth.

Influencer Outreach & Negotiation: Ability to identify, pitch, and negotiate partnerships with creators while maintaining strong brand alignment.

PR & Event Coordination: Comfort representing the brand in creator communications, collaborations, and live or in‑person events.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $111,000 annually, commensurable with skills, experience, and qualifications.
