About the Job We’re looking for a proactive and analytical SEA Manager to take full ownership of medium to large accounts. This role is at the core of our paid marketing engine—focused on hands‑on campaign execution, day‑to‑day optimizations, and data‑driven improvements.
You’ll be responsible for boosting account performance, maintaining high campaign hygiene, and collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment across funnels and markets.

This is what you’ll do
Own and optimize medium to large SEA accounts, ensuring profitability, strong margin levels, and healthy account growth
Maximize profitability and proactively communicate account performance based on traffic mix, bucket, and keyword quality
Plan, execute, and continuously improve SEA campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads
Maintain account hygiene and apply SEA best practices consistently
Translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic SEA development
Share learnings across the team and help build a knowledge‑driven culture
Identify growth opportunities and flag risks to inform broader business decisions

Hands‑on experience managing and scaling SEA campaigns with a performance‑driven mindset
Data‑driven outlook with strong analytical skills to turn campaign data into actionable insights
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, including practical skills with Google Ads Editor and Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent communication skills in English and German (C1+)
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with other teams
Open to feedback, self‑aware, and eager to grow
Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and a hands‑on mentality
