Salary Range: $120 – $128k

Job Description The Albany County District Attorney’s Office seeks an experienced candidate for a full-time Assistant District Attorney to work in our Financial Crimes Bureau. Duties and responsibilities will include handling a financial crimes felony caseload, discovery practice, motion practice, grand jury presentations, pretrial hearings, through trial and sentencing.
Minimum Qualifications (at least)
Admission to the NYS Bar and licensure to practice Law in the State of New York
At least 3 years of experience handling criminal prosecutions
