Summary We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Territory Operations Manager to oversee operational performance across the Oregon and SW Washington region. This role ensures seamless execution of business processes, compliance with company standards, and delivery of exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do:
Oversee Service Center operations to include all Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery activities ensuring Standardized Operating Procedures are closely followed
Act as liaison between the Service Centers and the Regional Distribution Center to improve the internal and external customer experience
Promote a strong safety culture across all territory branches and ensure all safety requirements are met.
Oversee logistics operations across the territory and collaborate closely with the Corporate Transportation Manager to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve Branch/Territory performance. Review monthly with associates and service center managers to determine improvement opportunities and rectify non-compliance.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
Collaborate with Sales Managers, Regional Managers, and other cross-functional teams to support sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Lead Operations associates to provide support and coverage throughout all Oregon Territory Branches
Regular cadence of branch visits and audits
Active member in the Operations Excellence Team (OET) focusing on error elimination and process improvement
Identify needs and facilitate training opportunities for the Service Center associates – Eclipse ERP, O365, SSM, and Power BI.
Become an expert for new initiatives, processes, and procedures as they are introduced.
What You Will Bring:
5 years of Industry/ North Coast experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory position
Advanced knowledge of NC Operations and Eclipse
Proficiency using O365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities and communication skills
Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
Self-motivated and teamwork focused
Desire to improve processes and associate performance
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Office work, primarily sitting at a desk with warehouse activity at intervals
Frequent travel throughout territory
Frequent computer & telephone use
