Overview
The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for supervising delivery drivers and evaluating distribution activities, with 10 to 15 direct reports.
Shift and Schedule
1st shift
Monday-Friday, weekends/Holidays as needed
7am start time to finish
Coverage Territory
Counties in and surrounding Dayton and Lima, Ohio.
Position Responsibilities
Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
Cross-train and assist with warehouse supervision when needed.
Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
Supervise the planning and scheduling of company transport vehicles to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize downtime and excessive overtime.
Supervise driver performance and take disciplinary steps as necessary.
Monitor the team to ensure vehicles are well maintained and that related repairs and safety issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Ensure optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs.
Total Rewards
Salary range: $55,700 - $83,600 / year based on experience.
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
Requirements
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
1 year of management/supervisory experience preferred.
3 years of delivery/distribution experience.
Pass a motor vehicle record check.
Valid CDL A and driver’s license.
