Job Description As a Senior Systems Program Manager, you will:
Act as a key liaison between HR business stakeholders and IT, driving end-to-end program management and ensuring HRMS implementations align with strategic business goals.
Lead multifunctional project teams in designing, developing, and rolling out system enhancements and new capabilities that support both regional and global HR processes.
Conduct high-level needs analyses, define clear functional and system requirements, and translate those into actionable project plans.
Analyze data trends and develop insightful reports—leveraging SQL and Oracle HRMS tools—to enable data-driven decision-making and ensure data integrity through regular audits and controls.
Improve process efficiency: identify opportunities for process and system improvements proactively, use root cause analysis to resolve complex issues, and champion solutions that benefit both users and business objectives.
Mentor and support the growth of team members, sharing your expertise in system administration, process optimization, and change management.
Design and deliver impactful training, documentation, and communication to ensure users are confident and capable in using HRMS tools and processes.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including HRIS, IT, management, and global partners—to drive best practices and ensure project delivery with excellence.
Stay at the forefront of HR technology and process innovation, collaborating on special projects and acting as a subject‑matter expert for HR systems and applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, systems program management, or HRMS (Human Resources Management System) roles.
Demonstrated experience with Oracle HRMS, APEX or similar platforms, and proficiency in data analytics and report generation (SQL and visualization tools preferred).
Track record of successfully leading projects from conception through implementation with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical abilities—comfortable synthesizing complex data into actionable insight and recommendations.
Advanced communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills; ability to influence across boundaries and cultures.
Hands‑on experience applying project management methodologies and change management techniques, with a talent for managing competing deadlines and priorities.
Known for customer orientation, exceptional attention to detail, organizational rigor, and creative problem solving.
Adept with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable facilitating learning sessions and workshops.
