How You’ll Make An Impact As a Supervisor, Distribution you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission. In this position, you’ll be responsible for supervising the distribution and inventory services activities for allograft tissue, autograft tissue and/or LifeScience products. Ensure all orders, returns, and schedules are met daily, maintain an effective system to track inventory, while providing necessary customer service both externally and internally to the LifeNet Health organization. Serve as primary point of contact to ensure the efficiency of daily distribution service operations. Ensure operational readiness within the distribution and inventory services teams are compliant with FDA Good Tissue Practices (GTPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), ISO regulations, and AATB standards.

What You’ll Do

People Leadership: Supervises distribution and inventory services teams and ensures all domestic and international shipments for the day have been filled and shipped and all inventory related activities are completed. Maintains a daily schedule to ensure suitable staff coverage, assigns daily work assignments for distribution and/or inventory teams and ensures the rotation of on‑call responsibilities for emergency tissue orders and weekend tissue shipments as appropriate. Participates in interviews and talent selection, coaches, and mentors as appropriate, prepares goals and objectives and conducts staff performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary. Schedules and conducts tier and staff meetings on a regular basis to maintain an effective line of two‑way communications among department staff. Manage department/team KPIs to ensure effective daily operations.

Training & Development: Facilitates technical training of distribution and inventory staff (new employees and/or temporary workers) regarding department and corporate Standard Operating Procedures. Assists in the development of associated training documents/manuals to assist in the training program and maintains up‑to‑date training files. May oversee equipment management (SmartView). Perform department necessary SAP testing and training on an ongoing as needed basis depending on project demands. Supports company safety messaging and is committed to workplace safety.

Compliance & Safety: Responsible for adherence to corporate Standard Operating Procedures, monitors daily supply management (internal needs and external order placement) while providing optimal customer service both internally and externally. Investigates service complaints, nonconformances, and internal errors and develops effective corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs and NCI) via CATSWeb. Ensures that daily tissue transfers are handled in a timely manner.

Shipping: Assists with daily international shipping operations and documentation. Assists with managing shipment track and trace exception errors.

What You’ll Bring: Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Two (2) years of supervisory experience, which may include Team Leader of SME (Subject Matter Expert)

Four (4) years of previous distribution or inventory experience

Preferred Experience / Skills / Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field

Dangerous Goods Certification

Two (2) years of SAP experience

Two (2) years of Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience

Compensation Salary Range: $27.10 to $36.14 hourly. Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $27.10 hourly (entry level qualifications) to $36.14 hourly. Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate’s knowledge and relevant experience.
