Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedure and deals card games while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Conduct assigned game according to procedure. Cooperate with other dealers when assigned to the same game (Craps). Control pace of the game. Inform the Supervisor Casino Games of any request or unusual play. Issue to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures. Stand for extended periods of time and maintain bending mobility. Speak fluently and understand English. Demonstrate superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, create positive energy with gestures, and sustain enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Create an atmosphere of luck and celebrate guests’ wins. Ready to serve and be informed of daily information; build relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Follow Bally’s established service standards. Check for satisfaction and effectively resolve service breakdowns when they exist. Provide a warm farewell and thank guests for visiting. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
