In partnership with Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration, Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide program that develops continuous quality improvement processes to enhance person‑centered service delivery and support for people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, allowing them to live their best lives.
To support this initiative, Liberty is now hiring for multiple full‑time Quality Reviewer positions.
Responsibilities
Travel throughout the region (estimated 70‑80% travel)
Lead onsite reviews of residential and day service provider organizations
Interview people in service as well as their families and guardians
Interview provider organization staff
Conduct provider reviews to determine alignment with person‑centered principles and CMS regulations
Collect data and write reports
Participate in various quality improvement initiatives
Partner with people in service to conduct National Core Indicator Surveys
Collaborate with other Liberty Quality Reviewers
Benefits
$55,000 annual salary
30 days of paid time off annually

Qualifications
At least four years of experience supporting people living with developmental disabilities
Knowledge of person‑centered practices
Bachelor’s degree
Outstanding verbal and communication skills
Consultative approach and ability to achieve rapport with a wide array of individuals
Driver’s license and insured vehicle for work‑related travel
