Qualifications
Flooring experience preferred
Experience operating in a customer service capacity to assist sales staff and customers with orders, purchases, questions, and problems
Ability to receive and enter orders, resolve challenges, track orders and shipment status, and process returns
Experience in multi-tasking in a high-volume customer service call center
High level of interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and excellent data entry skills
