Location:
Onsite in Austin, TX, Monday–Thursday; work from home on Fridays
Salary:
Based on experience; range is $90,000–$130,000 annually, with full benefits
As a Senior Supervisor of Services, you will lead large, complex program onboardings, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Main Focus will be covering Data Center, Tech Support, Active Directory, MS Exchange and Storage.

About the Role As a Sr. Supervisor of Services, you will provide senior‑level project management for a wide variety of large and complex program onboardings, driving successful completion and delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. You will:
Own the overarching toll gate process and oversee implementation engineer progress
Own all program onboarding timelines, implementations, and due dates
Align cross‑functional gaps across the organization with support from SMEs
Deliver executive‑level summaries and risk reports in partnership with the implementation team
Assist departmental leadership with complex solution design for client onboarding

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of project management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Project management experience in
Data Centers, Microsoft Storage, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Active Directory
preferred
Financial industry experience perferred
Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Project
Strong analytical skills including data extraction, organization, interpretation, and executive‑level presentation
