Our
HPCWorks platform
enables compute‑intensive workloads for semiconductor design, life sciences, aerospace, automotive, energy, and now AI/ML at scale. We are expanding product leadership with an experienced Product Manager who will define and execute the future of HPCWorks, integrating “Agentic AI” frameworks into an intelligent HPC ecosystem that automates installation, configuration, and operational optimization.
In this role you will shape the roadmap from strategy through delivery, enabling next‑generation performance, automation, and scalability across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid HPC environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for HPCWorks, focusing on enabling Agentic and Autonomous AI in HPC workflows.
Collaborate with engineering, R&D, customer success, and sales to develop solutions aligned with customer needs and market evolution.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to understand trends in HPC, AI/ML, EDA, cloud infrastructure, and workload orchestration.
Lead go‑to‑market planning including positioning, launch readiness, messaging, pricing influence, and field enablement.
Serve as the product spokesperson, representing HPCWorks with customers, ecosystem partners, industry analysts, and at relevant conferences.
Monitor performance and user adoption to guide iterative improvements and product growth.
Champion usability, performance, and scalability across hybrid deployment environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
5+ years of Product Management experience in HPC, cloud, enterprise infrastructure, distributed computing, or closely related domains.
Strong understanding of HPC architectures, workload scheduling, and cluster management (e.g., PBS Professional, Slurm, LSF, Grid Engine).
Experience supporting AI/ML compute workflows using GPU acceleration and/or containerized HPC environments (e.g., Kubernetes).
Proven ability to drive product lifecycle activities: strategy, roadmap creation, requirements definition, and prioritization.
Skilled in cross‑functional leadership, collaborating with engineering and commercial teams in fast‑moving environments.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills – able to explain complex concepts with clarity.
Passion for innovation, Agentic AI, automation frameworks, and emerging compute technologies such as MCP and graph‑based reasoning.
