About the Role Support the U.S. Army Personnel Recovery Proponent Office (PRPO) under the CAC IDIQ Task Order for Doctrine, Organization, and Training. This position combines doctrinal expertise with personnel recovery experience to shape critical publications and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, approve, number, publish, distribute, and manage doctrinal publications, forms, and products
Serve as alternate Task Order Manager (TOM) when required
Collaborate with PRPO leadership and contract team to ensure deliverables meet standards
Apply expertise in Personnel Recovery across military operations, including DSCA and civil search & rescue
Required Qualifications
10+ years
relevant experience
Former U.S. Army or Air Force member (E6 or higher)
SERE‑C graduate
(Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape Level‑C)
Experience as a SERE specialist or controller in a Personnel Recovery Coordination Section at battalion+ echelons
Demonstrated performance in doctrinal publication management
Familiarity with PR across full range of military operations
Additional Details
Candidate performing SME duties must be
approved by PRPO Chief
