What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for assigned projects, managing communication and project closeout
Translate client requirements into executable project plans that reflect safety and field conditions
Plan and coordinate project logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation
Provide execution oversight, supporting field teams and escalating risks as needed
Maintain accurate project documentation and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of field service experience in the renewable energy field, with a preference for battery storage and decommissioning
2+ years of experience planning or coordinating field-based projects from start to finish
Strong understanding of job site safety, field logistics, and technician workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear documentation
Proficiency with scheduling, project tracking, and documentation tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager in field-based projects
Familiarity with battery energy storage systems and decommissioning processes
Proven ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to last-minute changes in project workflows
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Background in environmental sustainability initiatives
