Overview Renewables Project Manager Westwood Professional Services, Inc. Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Energy Storage Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex and/or multi-service projects for Westwood. They will ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality results. The Project Manager will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with service leads to coordinate project activities. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex and/or multi-service projects. You will ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, schedule, and budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality results. In addition, you will provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with service leads to coordinate project activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Full accountability on multiple storage projects: Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external. Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed. Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations. Track project health and take corrective action when necessary. Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders. Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field

5-7 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role

Professional licensure in a technical field or ability to obtain PMP certification

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the renewable energy industry.

Experience managing complex and/or multi-service projects.

Experience with program management.

Advanced knowledge of project financial management.

Experience with contract negotiation and management.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Compensation Range Minimum USD $95,000.00/Yr.

Compensation Range Maximum USD $125,000.00/Yr.
