Duties & Responsibilities
Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Requirements
Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people during your shift; must be a positive, motivating leader.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; acceptable vehicle that is insured.
Demonstrate punctuality, a great attitude with customers and co‑workers, and serve as a role model.
Minimum age 18 years.
