Office Manager

to run daily operations and elevate the office experience for our client in Cleveland, Ohio. You’ll be the go‑to partner for leadership—owning facilities, vendors, schedules, and

end‑to‑end event planning

(team meetings, onsite/offsites, town halls).

What you’ll do

Manage reception, supplies, meeting rooms, security/badging, and vendor contracts

Coordinate executive calendars, travel, expenses, and internal communications

Plan and execute office events (agendas, logistics, budgets, post‑event feedback)

Track KPIs and produce simple reports to drive operational improvements

What you’ll bring

4–7+ years in office management/administration, including

hands‑on event planning

Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
