\***Your Challenge:*** Greet and check in visitors, clients, and vendors at the front desk.* Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries.* Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with room setup.* Order and arrange catering for meetings and company events.* Support HR and Marketing with planning and coordinating employee engagement activities.* Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry.* Assist departments with ad hoc administrative support as needed.* Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and office area.* Monitor and order office supplies as needed.What You Bring:* High school diploma or equivalent required.* 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.* Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.**Who We Are**Enertech, a business unit of Curtiss-Wright, is a global leader in providing valves, actuators, snubbers, pipe restraints, instrumentation, diagnostics and test equipment to the Nuclear Power Industry.
