Position Title Maintenance Mechanic‑Electrical

Job Description Pay Rate: $37.60/hr up to $41.20/hr.

Sign‑on Bonus: $500 after 90 days; $500 after 6 months.

Category/Shift: Hourly, Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday – 2nd Shift (3 pm‑11 pm) or 3rd Shift (11 pm‑7 am).

Physical Location: 1201 North Highway Drive, Fenton, Missouri 63026.

The Job You Will Perform

Following all safety rules and practices.

Performing preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels.

Performing emergency/break‑down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations.

Accurately using measurement and test equipment.

Performing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations as needed.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area, and cleaning up work area as part of completing assigned tasks.

Accurately and completely preparing and maintaining maintenance records and other paperwork.

Troubleshooting and solving problems.

Maintaining teamwork with other associates.

Performing other duties as assigned by supervision.

The Qualifications, Skills And Knowledge You Will Bring

Requires strong electrical and mechanical skills and aptitude.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC, and hydraulics.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Post‑High School training preferred.

Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices.

Well‑rounded electrical, mechanical, and machine shop skills and experience.

Ability to learn; ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.

Corrugated Industry Maintenance experience preferred.

Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
