What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for assigned data/AI squads
Manage and maintain a prioritized JIRA backlog in partnership with Product Owners and the Agile PM Lead
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of data, analytics, and AI initiatives using Agile methodologies
Track team velocity, burndown, and sprint health, while proactively identifying and escalating blockers
Communicate technical progress clearly to business stakeholders and assist in preparing data for Program Dashboards
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field; additional years of experience may substitute for a degree
8+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a technical environment
Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence, capable of managing complex board configurations
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical teams and non‑technical business partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience managing data warehousing, AI or ML initiatives, or cloud platforms such as Snowflake or Collibra
Focus on empowering teams as a servant leader and removing impediments
High standards for data hygiene and accuracy within JIRA
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
