Calculate and code offsets and the adjusted LTD benefit in the system Inform Plan Members of overpayment amounts with clear explanations both verbally and in writing Follow up with Plan Members for reimbursement of overpayments and negotiate repayment plans as needed Proceed with claim recoveries in the system Collaborate with Case Management teams to improve financial results What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver difficult messages empathetically Strong math skills Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel and Word Ability to read and interpret group insurance contracts and apply their provisions Exceptional oral and written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with the system used for calculations is an asset Background in disability benefit calculations is helpful Openness to change and continuous improvement Willingness to learn from both successes and failures We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
