A full-time Heavy Structures Project Manager (Roads & Bridges) is sought to lead asset management operations for comprehensive roadway and bridge maintenance projects in Tampa, Florida. This role is responsible for overseeing both new and existing Asset Management and Operations & Maintenance (AM/O&M) contracts, including planning and scheduling work, managing field crews, analyzing roadway and structural repairs, preparing project reports, and serving as a primary liaison with government clients.
The Heavy Structures Project Manager ensures full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal company policies and procedures. While a technical background in roadway and bridge maintenance, structural systems, or asset management is preferred, it is not required.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. They possess strong organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.

Compensation:
$110,000-$130,000 per year
