Full Time. Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm / 10am-6:30pm or Noon-8:30pm.

Fine dining or catering server experience.
Pay Range:
$25.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour.

Additional Job Information We are seeking detail‑oriented service-driven Restaurant Servers to join the opening team of our Executive Client Dining Center—a refined, hospitality-forward environment serving senior leadership, clients, and distinguished guests. This restaurant service at the highest professional level blends precision, discretion, and warmth in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured, detail-driven environments and take pride in delivering intuitive, anticipatory service. You will be part of a best-in-class hospitality program designed to set a new benchmark for corporate dining.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver seamless, white-glove service during breakfast and lunch service periods, with occasional support for special events.
Provide a warm, composed, and professional guest experience tailored to executive-level clientele.
Execute refined table service, including menu presentation, order taking, food delivery, and table maintenance.
Anticipate guest needs and personalize service based on preferences and cues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; take food and beverages efficiently, following established steps of service.
Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards. Follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.
Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients; advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested; accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences. As needed, demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens.
Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills and demonstrate ability to get along well with others. Remain flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff.
Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared.
Promptly address complaints or issues; relay relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor.
Ensure that the dining room is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keep area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards.
Operate a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
Work with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
