Job Description: Our client is seeking an Install Coordinator to support daily installation operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring installation teams are scheduled efficiently, prepared with the correct materials, and set up for success each day. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and excels at multitasking and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily installation schedules and assign jobs to field teams
Prepare and distribute installation paperwork and job documentation
Ensure teams depart on time and arrive at job sites as scheduled
Verify completion of prior-day installations and confirm required documentation
Track outstanding or incomplete installations and follow up until resolved
Confirm customer payments, deposits, and financing requirements are completed
Monitor jobsite photo uploads and installation checklists for accuracy
Maintain logs and calendars related to installation activity and availability
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure equipment and materials are ordered and staged on time
Assist with permit processing and scheduling as required
Support reporting related to installer performance, contests, and operational metrics
Participate in daily team meetings to review progress and upcoming needs
Provide general administrative and coordination support as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
2–4 years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally
within home services
or a similar operational environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ServiceTitan or similar systems is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced setting
High school diploma or GED required
