What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Supervise end-to-end revenue cycle teams, ensuring performance meets departmental standards
Interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members within specific workflows
Conduct bi-weekly meetings to review metrics and implement strategic initiatives
Audit team performance weekly to ensure compliance and accuracy in RCM activities
Act as the primary contact for site leadership regarding account or patient inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications)
Prior experience in dental office workflows and revenue cycle functions
Knowledgeable of reimbursement and compliance processes with all payors
Experience with practice management software systems and insurance portalsStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to compliance and revenue cycle standard operating procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) credentials
Previous experience in team and personnel management
