As our Maintenance Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Engineering & Maintenance and take ownership of all things maintenance—people, processes, equipment, and results.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the entire Maintenance Department, including supervisors, technicians, planners, and buyers.

Own the maintenance budget and deliver results aligned with business goals.

Drive downtime reduction using data, metrics, and smart preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.

Be hands‑on when it matters most, especially during critical start‑ups.

Build and execute annual equipment rebuild and capital improvement plans.

Champion safety programs, including LOTO, electrical safety, confined space, and fall protection.

Oversee CMMS utilization for asset management, work orders, labor tracking, and spare parts inventory.

Partner closely with Reliability, Automation, and Facilities teams to solve problems and improve performance.

Lead 5S efforts to keep shops and parts cribs clean, organized, and audit‑ready.

Develop training programs that grow mechanic skills and set new hires up for success.

Use root cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures permanently.

Set the tone for continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork across all shifts.

Qualifications

7+ years of maintenance leadership experience (manufacturing preferred).

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo motors, and industrial controls.

Hands‑on experience with CMMS platforms and data‑driven maintenance programs.

A solid understanding of OSHA, EPA, GMPs, SQF, and food manufacturing standards.

Proven success in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and waste reduction.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

The ability to turn breakdowns into learning opportunities through root cause analysis.

Physical Requirements

Comfortable working in both refrigerated and non‑refrigerated environments.

Able to lift or move items weighing 25 to 50 pounds.

Ready to support operations across shifts as needed.

Compensation $120,000 - $140,000 yearly
