Facilitate neutral resolution discussions. Manage multiple cases at various stages independently while collaborating with the team. What You Bring
Experience conducting investigations, compliance reviews, or structured interviews. Strong writing, grammar, and analytical skills. Ability to apply legal standards to nuanced situations with neutrality and sound judgment. Professional demeanor and collaborative mindset. Desire to grow professionally through continued learning and increasing case complexity. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice legal, public administration, human rights, human services, sociology, business administration, public policy, or closely related field, plus at least two years of relevant work experience. Master’s degree may substitute for work experience on a year-for-year basis. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Location & Salary
Remote work available anywhere in North Dakota or hybrid work with office space in Bismarck. $63,600 per year ($5,300 monthly) with up to a 5% increase after successful completion of one-year probation. How to Apply
