funeral preplanning specialist (Select Producer)

area, you will meet with families in your community every day who are interested in planning ahead for funeral wishes, guiding them through the process step‑by‑step.

About The Role

Leads are provided from a variety of sources.

Base salary, uncapped commissions, and generous volume bonuses with earning potential up to you.

Industry‑leading training and ongoing development from a supportive sales management team.

What You Will Need

KENTUCKY Life Insurance License

PREFERRED

KENTUCKY Funeral Director License (or apprenticeship)

PREFERRED

Funeral Industry experience

PREFERRED

Highly ethical approach to sales.

Proven track record of sales success.

Self‑motivated and proactive.

Excellent problem identification and resolution skills.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.

Comfortable working with user‑friendly sales software and CRM

Collaborative, team‑player attitude.

Good planning and organizational skills.

Creative and innovative – taking initiative and ownership.

Valid driver’s license.
