HVAC Construction Technicians
(rough-in, install, layout, and startup) Commercial Service Techs
(diagnostics, refrigeration experience a plus) Residential Technicians
specializing in
service, install, or maintenance HVAC Maintenance Techs
(system tune-ups, inspections, performance checks) What You’ll Be Doing (based on experience and role):
Install and commission HVAC systems for new construction projects, including multi-family and commercial buildings Service and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections for homes and businesses Work on duct systems, copper refrigerant lines (including brazing), and electrical wiring Utilize
ServiceTitan
to manage scheduling, job details, estimates, and customer communication Communicate clearly with customers and team members Follow all safety guidelines and ensure code compliance on every job What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of HVAC experience in
new construction, commercial service, or residential service/install/maintenance Refrigeration experience
is a plus, especially for commercial or hospitality accounts EPA Certification preferred (Universal ideal) Ability to read blueprints or install layouts (especially for construction roles) Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills (especially for service roles) A valid driver’s license and clean driving record A self-starter with a team-player attitude Willingness to live in or commute to Key West and work in local conditions What We Offer:
