The
Driver
Non-CDL will be responsible to transport passengers safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of
two years of professional driving experience , an
excellent safety record , and a
strong commitment to customer service . The role requires operating a shuttle vehicle, ensuring passenger safety, and providing friendly and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers between designated locations.
Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger logs.
Utilize a tablet for route navigation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Respond to unexpected situations or delays with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Always maintain a clean and presentable shuttle.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
two years of professional driving experience
with a clean driving record.
Valid
driver’s license
(CDL may be required based on vehicle type).
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.
Excellent
customer service skills
with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to use a
tablet or other electronic devices
for scheduling and communication.
Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs, if required.
