Administrative Assistant
Epic Build
The Administrative Assistant will:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication between clinical, technical, and administrative teams. Draft and distribute project-related communications, including status updates and reminders.
Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and action items. Assist with compiling reports and presentations for leadership.
Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems. Assist with tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and approvals.
Support onboarding and training logistics for staff involved in Epic implementation.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for Epic implementation team members.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for project team members.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
Two (2) + years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or IT project environments.
Familiarity with Epic EMR implementation management is a plus.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Must have experience with travel logistics planning.
Salary Range:20.13 - 32.19 USD
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including
job‑related work experience, internal equity, and industry‑specific market data.
In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full‑time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
