What You’ll Do
Work
pre‑qualified, inbound leads
— no cold calling
Conduct onsite consultations with homeowners
Capture site measurements and prepare 2D/3D design concepts
Present solutions & pricing on follow‑up Google Meet sessions
Follow a proven two‑appointment close system
Sell complete outdoor living projects: pavers, turf, patios, kitchens, pergolas, lighting, and more
Maintain relationships with clients and drive referrals
Collaborate with our experienced Project Management team (you ONLY sell — no build oversight)
Who We’re Looking For
2–5+ years in
outside sales
Experience in
home improvement, remodeling, or construction
preferred
Strong consultative selling skills
Ability to learn our design software (ArcSite, SketchUp, VizTerra, etc. — we will train)
Clean, professional communication & presence
Self‑motivated, organized, and competitive
Able to consistently execute a structured sales process
Your Performance Targets
$100,000+ in monthly sold revenue by Month 3
30%+ close rate once fully ramped
Strong follow‑up and pipeline discipline
Ability to manage 12–18 appointments per month
