We have an opportunity for a service‑mindful Assistant Front Office Manager to lead and inspire our great‑natured service team. You will train, supervise, and mentor new hires, setting them up for success in the most productive ways. This role requires constant interaction with guests—welcoming them from across an ocean or just around the corner—and teaching others to do the same, so leading by example is essential.

About You

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in an upper‑upscale or luxury hotel environment.

Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.

Advanced knowledge of front office operations, strong leadership, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
