Administrative Assistant – DaVita Kidney Care
Come join the team as the "face" of one of our outpatient or hospital facilities. In this support role you will ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders. You will also assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
Responsibilities
Process change requisitions and treatment logs accurately and on time.
Maintain patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.
Coordinate transportation and physician appointments for patients.
Provide clerical support to medical staff and execute administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (medical secretary or secretarial certification preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of related administrative experience in a medical setting.
Typing speed of 60 WPM.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
